Fantastic Adventure In South America

south america adventure 300x300 Fantastic Adventure In South AmericaIf you are looking for some action thrill-seeker, holiday in South America should be at the top of your travel list. Cheaper than Africa, more exotic than North America, and wilder than in Europe, some continents are eligible for the diversity, accessibility and many breath-inducing activities in South America offers. There are many adventures to check if you dare.

Mount Roraima. Never saw the movie UP? The place wonderfully mysterious and majestic dream of visiting characters are real. It is called Mount Roraima in Venezuela. It is a remarkable plateau, surrounded by a huge 400 meters steep drop-offs. Access is difficult and should only be attempted by the more adventurous traveler, as it requires a trip of several days through the misty mountains. And of course, only traveling to Venezuela, where it can be difficult.

Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. The Inca Trail walking tour is well traveled to Texas, but this is less surprising. This walk follows the original path is used by the Inca civilization to travel to Machu Picchu, which back in 1500 was a private retreat for the Inca royalty. The high altitude requires at least one day to adjust to Cuzco before leaving, and hikers can choose to have their own sources (such as tents, sleeping bags, and equipment), or wear a porter to hire them to perform their place.

Cycling in Bolivia. Despite being in the middle of the continent, Bolivia tends to be overlooked by travelers and tourists. This mountainous country, however, some interesting hidden treasures, especially for the adventurous. Bicycle on what was once the most dangerous road in the world is obviously exciting, but now a bit safer, because most cars and trucks today (hopefully) take a different path. Visit the salt marshes in Bolivia is a different experience entirely original, but cycling is not recommended by them and would be nearly impossible.

Adventure in the Amazon. The Amazon region covers part of many countries, but Amazon works especially Peru and Brazil. The more adventurous to visit this area is to travel as the locals about the slow river boats. An Amazon cruise is the trip of a lifetime, but if you are looking for something harder and more accessible, hop on a local boat. You can opt for a trip of 3 to 15 days. Be sure to plan ahead and pack enough supplies, because life on a boat is fairly basic.
